Our digitization process starts with careful scanning of each yearbook page at high resolution. We then apply OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology to make text searchable—names, clubs, activities, and more. Each page is tagged with metadata (year, section, class, clubs) and uploaded to your digital yearbook library. The entire process is handled by our team, so you simply ship us the yearbooks and we do the rest.

Our digital yearbook platform works on any modern device—desktops, tablets, phones, and dedicated touchscreen kiosks. For lobby or library installations, we offer commercial-grade touchscreen displays in sizes from 32" to 75", pre-configured and ready to mount. All hardware comes with our software pre-installed, along with wall mounts, cables, and a media player. We handle the full setup.

Adding new yearbooks is as easy as uploading files through our web-based content management system. You can upload PDFs, individual page images, or even raw photos. Our system automatically creates browseable page spreads and adds them to your library. Most schools update their collection once a year after the new yearbook is published—it takes about 15 minutes.

Absolutely. We specialize in digitizing legacy yearbook collections spanning any number of decades. Whether your oldest yearbook is from the 1920s or the 1990s, our team can scan, process, and import every volume. Many of our partner schools have digitized 50–100+ years of yearbooks. We've handled fragile, leather-bound editions and everything in between.

A typical digital yearbook implementation takes 4–8 weeks from start to finish. This includes hardware ordering and configuration (1–2 weeks), yearbook scanning and digitization (2–4 weeks depending on volume count), software setup and customization (1 week), and installation and training (1–2 days on-site). We can also do a phased rollout—launch with your most recent yearbooks first, then add historical volumes over time.
